The Problem
For most users, booking a flight is not always a pleasant experience: the majority of airline websites is loaded with frustrating marketing ads, unclear information and unforeseeable. As a result, trust levels drop dramatically and conversion rates are negatively affected. That is why, an increasing number of users is switching to aggregate sites like SkyScanner.
being able to understand and efficiently communicate with users is the best way to face the rise of competitors

Creating the architecture on paper gave me the proper focus and overview on solving the main interaction issues without without being influenced by the technical aspects.
By following the outputs resulting from the conducted research, I prioritised user needs and try to solve the found problems and provide travel & location information.
